Easy Travel Insurance is an Australian travel insurance firm. The firm started helping travellers in 2010. They are based in Queensland, Australia. Their insurance is backed by two trusted names. These are Zurich Australia and Cover More. As a result, their customers get world class support anywhere in the world. They offer insurance cover for:

- Families, seniors, solo travellers, and backpackers
- Snow sports, cruising, and adventure activities
- Groups, school trips, and corporate travellers
In short, they cover almost every type of traveller insurance.
The Problem
The client had an old website. It was hard to update. Also, making simple changes took too much time. Here is the history:
- First — we built their website on Joomla website development platform around 15 years ago
- Then — the website moved to custom PHP
- However — content updates were still slow and hard to manage

Our history with this client goes back around 15 years. As a Joomla website development company, we built their website back then. They came back to us because they trust our work. This time they wanted a WordPress website. So we rebuilt their website from scratch. We used WordPress and Elementor to build it. As a result, the client can now manage content easily. Our team also built a FAQ page with 3 tabs. We used Elementor to build these tabs. As a result, users can find answers fast. However, if they still need help, the contact form is easy to find.

Next, we built a blog section with a single post page. First, we set up the XML sitemap. Then we set up the robots.txt file. Also, we used clean URLs and proper heading tags. Finally, we made sure the full page setup follows SEO friendly website development rules from day one.

We built a simple Contact Us page with an inquiry form. Also, we added a live chat script to the website. As a result, visitors can get help right away without leaving the page.
